Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Since this is a License to use a Software Application there shall be no returns, however in the event of any obstacles faced or any support regards your download of your License we happen to have a robust team at Customer Support available.

Based on the condition where you have faced issues with a TOP UP or DOWN GRADE, we may consider a refund of your License Fees paid in full or partially.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Licenses purchased at regular purchase price may be eligible for a consideration of refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
